Reservations are not required, however due to a limited number of rentals, we advise that you call ahead. Rentals are first come, first serve, unless held with a reservation.Information Needed To Reserve A Group (5 or more):Name of the Party or Group Leader.Phone number where the Group Leader can be reached. Number of people needing rental packages. Number of people that have their own equipment. A Visa or MasterCard to hold your reservation. No deposit is required to reserve equipment. Your credit card is to ensure that a rental package is reserved for you. This is similar to a hotel reservation.
To Book A Private Game:You must have a minimum of 10 people. A private game means that you will be playing only with those in your group. Your group will have their own referee(s) and play each course throughout the day. Although we do not charge extra for private games, a small gratuity for the referee(s) that worked for you, would be greatly appreciated. Private games are available for full or half day. Private games are reserved the same as a group. You may book private games on the weekend or during the week. Please call as far ahead as possible.
To Book A Group of 20 or More:Any group of 20 or more will receive a group rate of $16 per rental package and $5 with your own equipment. The group leader or organizer will receive a complimentary rental package or admission. These rates apply to full day or half day.Our Reservation Policy: All cancellations must be given at least 48 hours advance notice. If your party is absent on the day reserved, your credit card will be charged the full rental price ($25) for each rental reserved. If your party is present and missing any rentals reserved, you will be charged for each absent rental. Our minimum age to play is 12 years old. |
